About the Role:
MTS is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience and strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field (must have)
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
