With a strong network of expert tutors,we empower students across the globe to reach their full potential throughcustomized learning experiences and one-on-one support.Role Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive to join our Lahore-basedteam. This role involves connecting with parents and students, sharing the MTSsuccess story, setting appointments, and closing sales with clarity and conviction.Key Responsibilities: Sales Executive is responsible for the following items (but not limited to):<ul><li>Introduce the customers to the company&rsquo;s services in the form of detailed sessions.</li></ul><ul><li>Arrange teachers for Demo/Intro sessions and for assigning classes.</li></ul><ul><li>Regular follow-up with the customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Regular communication with the students and teachers to ensure excellent service delivery.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor activity and get feedback from existing customers on service delivery improvement areas and implement the &lsquo;possible&rsquo; customer suggestions.</li></ul><ul><li>Building customer relationships and proactively engaging with them to improve customer retention.</li></ul><ul><li>Extensive research is required for prospecting and capable of building and maturing leads.</li></ul><ul><li>Inside sales activities like extensive research based on several variables, analyzing data, and then taking action on results and indicators.</li></ul><ul><li>Completion and coordination of multiple tasks along with the entire team.</li></ul><ul><li>Updating database and maintaining accurate records.</li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling Intro/Demo sessions with the available teachers.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitoring teachers&rsquo; schedules and assigning them intro sessions and students.</li></ul><ul><li>Content Writing Taking trial sessions of new clients and converting them into paying customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling classes of successful trials and managing the scheduled hours of their clients(students).</li></ul><ul><li>Building customer relationships and proactively engaging with them to improve customer retention.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintaining accurate records.</li></ul><ul><li>Aiming to achieve monthly and annual goals/targets.</li></ul>What we are looking for?<ul><li>At least 2 to 3 years of experience</li><li>A strong communicator with great interpersonal skills</li><li>Confident, motivated, and target-driven</li><li>Able to build trust quickly through engaging conversations</li><li>Experienced in sales or customer service (especially in education)</li><li>Tech-savvy and organized</li><li>Should have an American accent</li></ul>Join us in our mission to transform education through world-class tutoring!Call/WhatsApp: +92 320 8880468 (11:00am till 8:00pm ) any timeSend your CV to: Zohaib.Shahid@mytutorsource.ae Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you worked in a night shift (10 PM &ndash; 7 AM) role before?
