Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring and bulk hiring.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters professionally.
- Conduct performance management reviews and assist in developing improvement plans where required.
- Develop and deliver employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
- Proven experience in technical hiring and bulk hiring.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation/reporting.
Salary Bracket: PKR 70,000 – 90,000
