Deputy Manager HR

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring and bulk hiring.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Conduct performance management reviews and assist in developing improvement plans where required.
  • Develop and deliver employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Proven experience in technical hiring and bulk hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation/reporting.

Salary Bracket: PKR 70,000 – 90,000
Job Type: Full time - Onsite
Timings: 10 am - 6pm ( Mon-Sat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
