Strategic HR Manager – AI & Performance

ClickTraces is a AI-driven digital marketing and web development company serving North American clients. We specialise in SEO, web development, automation, and performance marketing.

We are building a structured, high-performance, and ownership-driven organization.

This is not an administrative HR role.

This is a strategic leadership position.

Role Mission

To design and lead ClickTraces' people strategy, including hiring standards, performance architecture, and culture development.

You will have hiring decision authority and will be responsible for maintaining talent quality across all departments.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Hiring & Talent Standards

  • Design structured hiring frameworks for SEO, Developers, AI, Content, BD roles
  • Implement competency-based interviews
  • Use personality assessment tools for candidate evaluation
  • Own final hiring recommendations
  • Reduce bad hires and improve retention

2. AI-Driven HR Systems

  • Implement AI tools in recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Build KPI dashboards and structured evaluation systems
  • Automate HR workflows and documentation

3. Performance Architecture

  • Design performance management system
  • Define KPIs for each role
  • Conduct structured performance reviews
  • Lead difficult conversations professionally
  • Address underperformance decisively

4. Culture & Organizational Development

  • Define behavioral standards
  • Improve ownership mindset
  • Strengthen team alignment
  • Implement personality frameworks such as MBTI, DISC, or Big Five

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business from a reputable university
  • 4 to 8 years HR experience preferably in IT, Software House, or Digital Agency
  • Proven experience designing performance management systems
  • Experience handling conflict and difficult performance discussions
  • Strong understanding of personality assessment frameworks
  • Practical exposure to AI tools in HR or operations
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong decision-making maturity

  • Fresh graduates
  • Candidates unwilling to work onsite
