HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Male Preferred)
Location: Lahore
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Job Description:
CyberEdge Solution is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, coordinating interviews, and supporting daily HR operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job ads on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule interviews with management
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring needs
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee attendance and HR records
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fresh candidates and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply

Preferred:

• Male candidates preferred
• Experience in recruitment or HR will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
