HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR & Admin Executive with 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle attendance and leave management
  • Assist in payroll preparation and coordination
  • Support performance management processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR activities

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Handle utility bills, maintenance, and office logistics
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain office records
  • Support management with reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR preferred)
  • 1.5 to 3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
