Human Resource Officer

We’re Hiring | Human Resource Officer

Fatima Memorial Hospital (FMH), Shadman Lahore, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure effective implementation of HR policies, and contribute to a positive and compliant work environment.

This role requires strong HR expertise, particularly within the healthcare sector. Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding

· Maintain a strong talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions

· Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations

· Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies and procedures

· Oversee attendance management, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance

· Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR service delivery

· Assist in implementing and managing the performance appraisal system

· Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and processes across FMH

· Support accreditation and audit requirements (PMDC, PHC, ISO, etc.)

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory guidelines

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management (Master’s degree preferred)

· Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience

· Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

· Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be given preference

· Job Type: Full-time
