The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, manage recruitment processes, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. Recruitment &amp; Hiring<ul><li>Source, screen, and shortlist candidates</li><li>Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further hiring steps</li><li>Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation</li></ul>HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR documents</li><li>Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets</li><li>Support employee onboarding and orientation</li></ul>Employee Relations<ul><li>Handle employee queries professionally</li><li>Maintain a positive and healthy work environment</li><li>Assist in resolving workplace issues</li><li>Organize engagement activities</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Assist in probation and performance evaluations</li><li>Support in setting KPIs and performance goals</li><li>Ensure regular feedback and employee development</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Policies<ul><li>Implement HR policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>1-3 years of HR experience (preferred)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good command of MS Office</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality</li></ul>Skills RequiredRecruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition Problem Solving Time Management Documentation &amp; Record Keeping Conflict Resolution MultitaskingJoin us and grow your HR career in a professional environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
