Position: HR Officer
Timings: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, manage recruitment processes, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further hiring steps
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR documents
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee queries professionally
  • Maintain a positive and healthy work environment
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues
  • Organize engagement activities

Performance Management

  • Assist in probation and performance evaluations
  • Support in setting KPIs and performance goals
  • Ensure regular feedback and employee development

Compliance & Policies

  • Implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
