Sales Management Trainee (MTO)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Management Trainee (MTO) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales and management. As a Management Trainee, you will receive practical training in sales operations, customer relationship management, business development, and team coordination, preparing you for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn company products, sales strategies, and business processes.
• Participate in training sessions and implement learned sales techniques.
