Job Description:

Organizational Development: Design and implement OD initiatives, including performance management/evaluation, succession planning, and competency frameworks.

Talent Management: Develop training programs, manage employee career pathways, and support talent acquisition.

Culture Development & Policy Compliance: Foster a positive, inclusive culture; Create and Implement Policies in line with best HR Practices.

Employer Branding: Build a strong presence on Social Media Platforms to get higher retention rates, better productivity, and a competitive edge in finding the right candidates.

Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with business goals.

HR Technology & Operations: Oversee HRIS and implement best suitable tools/applications to manage and track staff productivity.

Experience: Min. 5-7 years hands-on post qualification experience in people management & organizational development.

Qualifications & Skills:

BS/MBA/MHR/MS (Human Resources)
-
Preferably holding a SHRM/CPID Certification.

Proven ability to manage teams, drive change.

Excellent Communication and organizational skills.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
