Trainee HR Operations
position. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals who are passionate about human resources and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic workplace environment. As a Trainee HR Operations, you will be involved in various aspects of HR operations, learning from experienced professionals while supporting key HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining employee records and HRIS data integrity

Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation

Help in organizing employee training and development programs

Participate in payroll preparation and leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies

Assist in drafting HR communications and policy updates under supervision

Support HR initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement
Requirements

Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic understanding of HR principles, Provident Funds, Leaves, Attendance and labor laws

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
