WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- Pre-onboarding activities, including background checks, employee paperwork, and signing the Non-Disclosure/ Non-Compete agreement, job contracts, introductory emails etc
- Onboarding activities, including welcoming the new hires, conducting orientation, meeting with the team, office tour, etc
- Keep the ownership of HR transactions & administration, including (but not limited to) Company benefits, regulatory compliance & grievance management
- Provide guidance to the Finance team on monthly changes in the payroll, various benefits related financial compliances & payments, etc
- Keep the HR records updated at all times manually by collecting HR relevant employee data & provide necessary (basic) compliance with the Information System in place
- Own the performance management system by successfully executing on-time reviews. Those are unbiased & effective at all levels, along with hands-on expertise of TNA
- Troubleshoot workplace issues by providing concrete long-term fixes that are concerning to employees & management to ensure positive employee relations
- Create & manage fresh & trendy content for the outerworld by sharing Company updates, events & news through social media apps
- Ownership of company-wide events from ideas to approvals, planning to executing & hosting events, assuring employees have a nice time
- Lead HR analytics initiatives to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational growth.
- Provide actionable insights through HR reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Perform meaningful engagement by bringing in new & innovative ideas that ensure employees to remain professionally engaged, challenged & valued
- Own the entire Off-boarding & Exit process
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- At least 4 years of work experience in various functions of Human Resources

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration
- Creative problem-solving skills
