Digital Marketing Head

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Digital Marketing with 8–10 years of experience to lead and execute end-to-end digital growth strategies across all platforms. This hands-on leader will scale acquisition, optimize performance, and drive measurable revenue growth while working onsite with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee paid media, SEO, analytics, tracking infrastructure, and funnel optimization while collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Growth

Lead and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies across all channels

Drive lead generation, demand creation, and revenue growth

Launch and scale new products, projects, and regional markets

Monitor KPIs and deliver performance insights to executive leadership

Paid Media Management

Manage and optimize campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads

LinkedIn Ads

Threads, Reddit, and Pinterest

Oversee budget allocation, scaling strategies, and ROI optimization

Conduct A/B testing and continuous performance improvements

SEO & Organic Growth

Own full SEO strategy: technical, on-page, and off-page

Improve site structure, indexing, and Core Web Vitals

Lead keyword research, content optimization, and link-building initiatives

Drive sustainable organic traffic growth

Analytics & Tracking

Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Configure and analyze GA4, conversion events, pixels, and attribution models

Ensure accurate tracking and performance measurement

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership

Conversion Optimization

Optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths

Improve user journeys to increase conversion rates

Use data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies

Cross-Functional Leadership

Collaborate with content, design, development, and sales teams onsite

Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives

Work closely with founders and senior leadership on growth strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in digital marketing with proven leadership experience

Strong expertise in:

Google Ads

Meta Ads

TikTok & LinkedIn Ads

Threads, Reddit & Pinterest marketing

SEO (technical, on-page, off-page)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

GA4 and conversion tracking

Funnel optimization and CRO

Deep understanding of technical SEO including indexing and Core Web Vitals

Experience with keyword research and link-building strategies

Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong ROI

Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making

Preferred Experience

Managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously

Experience in marketplaces, real estate, or technology services

Running national and international digital campaigns

Working directly with founders and executive leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
