HR Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to ensure smooth business operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring).
• Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and deductions.
• Identify training needs and organize development programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

DETAILS:
Timings: 3:00 PM- 12:00 AM
Salary: Up to RS. 80,000.
Location: Bahria Town-Lahore.
