ClearPath is seeking an exceptional Digital Education & Academy Project Lead to spearhead the creation and growth of our new digital education academy!

As our Digital Education & Academy Project Lead, you will be the driving force behind:

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be instrumental in every phase of this exciting venture:

- Project Management: Lead end-to-end setup, develop timelines, and coordinate between internal teams, faculty, and technical vendors.

- Website & Platform Development: Oversee LMS setup, integration, and design user flows for access, subscriptions, and payments.

- Content & Studio Coordination: Manage recording schedules, ensure quality standards for production, and supervise the editing and publishing process.

- Monetization & Operations: Implement pricing models, coordinate payment gateway integration, and establish student onboarding systems.

- Performance & Growth: Monitor engagement, improve user experience, and support marketing for student acquisition.

Requirements:

• Hand on experience in launching or managing online education platforms or EdTech ventures.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful execution.
• Deep familiarity with LMS platforms and digital content delivery systems.
• 7+ years of experience in e-learning or digital academy setups.
