We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Female Upwork Bidding Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork by identifying potential clients, submitting high-quality proposals, and closing projects in SEO, Shopify, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals
- Communicate with clients professionally to understand project requirements
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with technical teams for project scope and delivery timelines
- Manage Upwork profile optimization and client reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platforms
- Strong understanding of IT services (SEO, Shopify, Web Development, Digital Marketing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of closing projects and achieving revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
