We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Female Upwork Bidding Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork by identifying potential clients, submitting high-quality proposals, and closing projects in SEO, Shopify, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals
• Communicate with clients professionally to understand project requirements
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with technical teams for project scope and delivery timelines
• Manage Upwork profile optimization and client reviews

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platforms
• Strong understanding of IT services (SEO, Shopify, Web Development, Digital Marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of closing projects and achieving revenue targets
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
