Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of securing projects, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for IT or digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write compelling proposals and cover letters to win projects.
  • Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
  • Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are properly communicated.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically on Upwork.
  • Strong experience in bidding, proposal writing, and lead generation.
  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of freelance marketplaces and client acquisition strategies.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into projects
