Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of securing projects, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for IT or digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling proposals and cover letters to win projects.
- Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements.
- Generate leads, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are properly communicated.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically on Upwork.
- Strong experience in bidding, proposal writing, and lead generation.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, SaaS, or digital solutions is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
