Assistant Sales Manager (B2C) – Solar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive residential/B2C solar EPC sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets
  • Manage customer engagement, site visits, and lead conversion activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the residential segment
  • Prepare weekly activity reports and coordinate post-sale support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate with 1–2 years of proven experience in residential/B2C sales of Solar products; Candidate with Engineering background shall be given preference
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
