Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential/B2C solar EPC sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage customer engagement, site visits, and lead conversion activities
- Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the residential segment
- Prepare weekly activity reports and coordinate post-sale support
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Graduate with 1–2 years of proven experience in residential/B2C sales of Solar products; Candidate with Engineering background shall be given preference
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
