About the role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic sourcing expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers to meet organizational hiring goals.


Essential Functions

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and new hire documentation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
