About the role 
 
We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Generalist to support the Sr. HR Manager, Global Services across recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is eager to contribute across a broad range of HR functions.
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Support the Sr. HR Manager in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience</li><li>
Manage and maintain HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates</li><li>
Assist in managing HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, documentation, and compliance</li><li>
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems</li><li>
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely delivery</li><li>
Support execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives across teams</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and challenge the status quo</li><li>
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality delivery</li><li>
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support evolving business needs</li><li>
Assist with ad hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
4&ndash;7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both recruitment and HR operations</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles</li><li>
Experience working with HRIS and ATS platforms</li><li>
Experience in technical recruitment</li><li>
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and consistent delivery</li><li>
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, systems, and processes</li><li>
Strong problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes constructively</li><li>
Comfortable working in a night shift (9 AM &ndash; 5 PM EST)</li></ul>
Good to Have:<ul><li>
Experience working with North America (US &amp; Canada) market</li><li>
Experience hiring for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365) or similar roles</li><li>

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Functional Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, specializing in Commerce (Retail) and Supply Chain Management. The role involves delivering implementations, optimizing business processes, and supporting clients in enhancing their retail and supply chain operations.
 
 
 
 Essential Functions
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 Commerce and SCM solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure modules including Retail, Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, and Order Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ongoing operations and system issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, specifically in Commerce (Retail) and SCM modules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle D365 implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of business process re-engineering and ERP best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
