Night Shift: 9:00 pm - 6:00 am

Wadic is looking forward to hiring a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources department as an HR Executive.

As an HR Executive, You will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources procedures as well as policies. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Responsibilities

⦁ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

⦁ Design compensation and benefits packages

⦁ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

⦁ Monitor the HR department’s budget

⦁ Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.

⦁ Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

⦁ Manage employees’ grievances

⦁ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

⦁ Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.

⦁ Measure employee retention and turnover rates

⦁ Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Requirements

⦁ At least 1 year of previous working experience as HR Executive or any similar role

⦁ Bachelors in Human Resource Management or relevant field

⦁ Strong communication skills

⦁ Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems

⦁ Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
