Job Description:

  • Manage payroll preparation in coordination with the finance department
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data
  • Ensure proper employee documentation and HRIS updates
  • Prepare HR letters including appointment, confirmation, and other official documents
  • Manage employee exit process including clearance, final settlement, and exit interviews
  • Support internal audits and HR compliance checks
  • Manage employee benefits administration
  • Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employee records
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
  • Provide administrative HR support to management

Job Specifications:

Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resource
Experience: 6–7 years in Textile or Manufacturing Industry
