We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1+ year of proven experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, manage recruitment activities, maintain employee records, and help create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Support attendance management, leave records, and HR reporting.
- Implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and HR support.
- Help in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
- Address employee queries and contribute to building a positive work culture.
- Support HR initiatives related to training, employee engagement, and development programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva).
- Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR practices.
