Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, handling issues with discretion and empathy.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
- Support HR operations using digital tools and HRIS platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–5 years in an HR Generalist role.
- Presentation: Highly presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organization: Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and comfortable learning new tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
