Female HR Generalist

We are looking for a polished and people-focused HR Generalist to join our team. If you are highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable representing the company with professionalism, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, handling issues with discretion and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support HR operations using digital tools and HRIS platforms.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2–5 years in an HR Generalist role.
  • Presentation: Highly presentable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and comfortable learning new tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
