Human Resources Associate

Location: Lahore (On-Site)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – Human Resources to support our HR operations in Lahore. This role involves managing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and training support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.

3. HR Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support policy implementation and updates.

4. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in payroll coordination and employee record management.
  • Address payroll discrepancies and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Support benefits administration processes.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
