People, Performance, and Values

10xEngineers is scaling quickly, and as we grow, we’re investing in how we manage performance, values, and people systems. This role supports the day-to-day execution of our People, Performance & Values function, helping keep our people processes organized, reliable, and data-driven.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across HR systems and files.
- Support performance management cycles by tracking feedback submissions, consolidating inputs, and ensuring process completion
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, including monthly headcount, attrition, and other people data
- Help develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and structured people processes as the organization grows
- Coordinate with managers and teams on engagement, communication, and employee relations matters, and use data and AI tools to improve reporting and efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Majors are not important. Our current team consists of people with backgrounds in law, ed tech, and computer science.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing structured reports.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with using AI tools for productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- A genuine interest in people and HR work.
