Customer Support Associate Onsite

. Full-Time Customer Service Associates (2 - 5 Positions)
Requirements: Minimum Graduate degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve complex customer complaints and provide end-to-end case management.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Generate weekly performance reports and maintain CRM database accuracy.
  • Entering service requests in the backend system.

- Must possess fluent Urdu and English skills with a neutral/professional accent for high-level client interaction

2. Part-Time Customer Service Support (4 - 6 Positions)
Target: Students/Freshers looking for flexible shifts.
Schedule: 4 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic customer queries and provide standard services information.
  • Assist the full-time team with data entry and outbound follow-up calls.
  • Ensure a quick first-response time during peak hours.
  • Entering service requests in the
  • backend system.
