Shopify Order Fulfillment and Inventory Manager

We are looking for a Orders fulfillment (Shopify) and Customer Service Representative (WhatsApp and call Confirmation) based in Lahore.
Responsibilities;

• Creating and Dispatching daily orders posted on our online store!
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger Queries!
• Location: Johartown/DHA/BrandthRoad
