Job Title: Supply Chain Officer – Paint Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and organized Supply Chain Manager who can manage the smooth flow of raw materials and finished paint products. This role ensures that the factory always has the required materials on time and customers receive their orders without delay.

Responsibilities:

· Make sure raw materials like chemicals, pigments, and packaging items are always available.

· Place orders with suppliers on time.

· Compare prices and negotiate to get the best deals.

· Keep track of raw materials and finished paint stock.

· Maintain proper stock levels to avoid shortages or extra inventory.

· Update stock records regularly.

· Work closely with the production team to understand material needs.

· Ensure materials reach the factory before production starts.

· Help plan production according to stock availability.

· Arrange transportation for delivering paint products to warehouses and customers.

· Ensure orders are dispatched on time.

· Monitor delivery schedules and solve any delays.

· Maintain purchase orders, delivery records, and stock reports.

· Prepare regular reports for management.

· Keep proper documentation of all supply chain activities.

· Monitor supply costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.

· Avoid material wastage.

· Help improve supply chain efficiency.

Skills Required

• Good planning and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and inventory
• Strong communication and coordination ability
• MS Excel or ERP system knowledge
• Problem-solving mindset

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8-10 years experience in supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or paint industry.

Timing : 9am-6pm
Location: Al janat road sagya bypass near PSE law college Lahore.
