Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-focused Data Analytics Executive with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting operational and inventory data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making and improve inventory accuracy.

This role requires practical experience with ERP, POS, or customized software platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to independently manage data across multiple systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting

• Gather, clean, and analyze inventory and supply chain data from ERP, POS, and internal systems
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering stock levels, inventory movement, sales trends, procurement, and logistics performance
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Provide forecasting, trend analysis, and performance insights to management
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

Supply Chain & Inventory Analytics

• Track inventory levels, stock aging, demand trends, and replenishment needs
• Analyze stock turnover rates, slow-moving items, and potential stockout risks
• Support purchasing decisions and warehouse optimization using data-driven insights
• Contribute to improving supply chain efficiency, lead times, and cost management
• Ensure system inventory records are aligned with physical stock

Systems & Software Management

• Operate ERP, POS, inventory management, or customized systems efficiently
• Ensure accurate system entries, reconciliation, and reporting
• Adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, and internal platforms
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and IT teams to enhance system workflows and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, supply chain analytics, or inventory-focused roles
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Ability to work across multiple software platforms and learn new systems quickly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems
• Knowledge of BI tools, KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting methods
• Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing industries
• Understanding of inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain performance metrics
