SAP Master Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and support SAP PM module Master Data
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely creation and closure of work orders and notifications.
• Monitor asset performance and support data-driven maintenance planning.
• Generate reports on equipment performance, downtime, labor hours, and material consumption.
• Develop and maintain equipment master data, functional locations, and task lists.
• Conduct training for maintenance staff on SAP usage and process adherence.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance for material and service planning linked to maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with internal maintenance SOPs and external audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module.
• Strong understanding of maintenance workflows and equipment life cycle management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in utility/facility/infrastructure maintenance.
• Working knowledge of integration between PM, MM, and FI modules.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
