HR Force International is hiring a Research Analyst (Excel & Python) for an onsite role in Johar Town, Lahore.

We are looking for analytical and detail-oriented individuals who have strong Excel skills and basic programming knowledge to support research and data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Computer Science or Data-related fields who want to grow in research and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze structured datasets
• Use Excel to organize, clean, and interpret data
• Extract insights and prepare reports
• Assist in research initiatives and data analysis tasks
• Work closely with internal teams to support business decisions
• Maintain data accuracy and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of Python
• Basic experience with Google Apps Script
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
