Job Overview

Digi Sparo is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer interactions, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Record and update customer information in the system
  • Meet assigned performance and quality targets
  • Follow company policies and call handling procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
