Customer Support Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to manage guest communication and support operations for short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a calm, professional approach when assisting guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via chat and messaging platforms
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general stay-related questions
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints efficiently in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up on pending matters
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and contribute to positive reviews

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Gulberg, Lahore
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
