We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Inbound Services & Support Representative to manage incoming calls and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate service information
- Record and update customer data in the system
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues
- Maintain service quality standards and response time
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Requirements
- Minimum Intermediate / bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good listening & problem-solving ability
- Ability to work onsite in Etihad Town, Raiwind Road
- Fresh candidates can apply (experience preferred)
