Customer Inbound Services & Support

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Inbound Services & Support Representative to manage incoming calls and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer queries and provide accurate service information
  • Record and update customer data in the system
  • Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues
  • Maintain service quality standards and response time
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Requirements
  • Minimum Intermediate / bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills (Urdu & Basic English)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good listening & problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work onsite in Etihad Town, Raiwind Road
  • Fresh candidates can apply (experience preferred)

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • CRM software handling knowledge
  • Professional attitude & teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
