About Us

NXP Technologies is a growing IT company based in Pakistan. We provide services in website development, e-commerce solutions, mobile apps, digital marketing, software development, and IT support.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking to add confident and motivated Female Call Center Agents to our sales and communication team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to potential clients (warm leads will be provided no hard selling)
• Explaining our services clearly and professionally (full training will be provided)
• Following up with interested clients
• Updating basic client information in the system
• Working with the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidates only
• Prior call center or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Good English communication skills
• Confident, energetic, and positive personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be willing to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore

Important Note

There will be an initial training period, which is unpaid. Salary and incentives will start after successful completion of training and confirmation as a full-time employee.
