Arabic Call Center Agent

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to handle customer communication for our Saudi Arabia-based online stores. The agent will be responsible for calling customers to confirm COD orders, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer support in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers in Saudi Arabia to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Communicate with customers in Arabic
  • Respond to customer queries regarding orders, delivery, and products
  • Update order status in the system
  • Follow up with customers for order confirmation
  • Maintain professional communication with customers

Requirements

  • Fluent Arabic speaking skills
  • Basic understanding of Saudi dialect (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Experience in call center or customer support is a plus

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Saudi e-commerce stores
  • Familiarity with COD order confirmation process
  • Experience using CRM or call center software
