Call Center Agent

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our operations team as a Call Center Agent / Scheduling Coordinator. The role involves scheduling officers for client sites in the UK while maintaining clear communication with both officers and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule officers across multiple client sites ensuring full shift coverage
  • Manage shift allocations, availability, and last-minute changes
  • Communicate shift details and updates to officers
  • Respond to client queries related to staffing and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records within scheduling systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in call center, scheduling, or customer support
  • Fluent English communication skills, speaking, reading & writing.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work rotational day and night shifts
