Customer Service & Support (E-commerce)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support for computer-related products, particularly laptops. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and basic technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions.
  • Manage customer service tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Basic technical knowledge of laptops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries at once and remain calm under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per hour
