We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support for computer-related products, particularly laptops. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and basic technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and find solutions.
- Manage customer service tickets and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.
Requirements:
- Basic technical knowledge of laptops.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries at once and remain calm under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
