Call Center Agent

We are seeking a high-energy, fluent English-speaking Outbound Sales Expert to spearhead our US-based lead generation campaign. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the United States, pitching a comprehensive suite of IT solutions including Custom Software, Websites & Mobile Development, Branding, and Digital Marketing (SEO/SMM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Directors).
  • Consultative Pitching: Move beyond a script to understand client pain points and position our services as the solution.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify high-value prospects and schedule discovery meetings/demos for our technical team.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in International B2B Outbound Sales, specifically targeting the US market.
  • Linguistic Fluency: Native or near-native English proficiency with a neutral or North American accent. Ability to handle rebuttals naturally is a must.
  • IT Literacy: A solid understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), the difference between SEO and SMM, and why a business needs a mobile app or website.
  • Resilience: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a high-pressure cold-calling environment.
