Job Title: Call Centre Agent – Customer Support
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Call Centre Agent to manage tracker-related queries and provide customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining proper reporting and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries related to tracker devices and services.
  • Register, track, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with technical and field teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Monitor tracker status and report any system or device irregularities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain professional communication and a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer support role will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
