Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and timely
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
