• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding sea import shipments.
• Provide timely shipment updates, including vessel schedules, arrival notices, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, freight forwarders, and customs clearance teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Prepare and send arrival notices and delivery orders to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and documentation requirements.
• Support invoicing and ensure timely billing to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• customer services in a freight forwarding company : 3 years (Preferred)
