IGET SOLUTIONS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently, address inquiries, and provide effective solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
-Respond promptly and professionally to client questions via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
-Handle all client communications with a courteous, patient, and professional attitude. -Gather client feedback to help improve products, services, and overall client experience.
Salary: RS. 80,000.
Timings: 5:00 PM till 2:00 AM.
NIGHT SHIFT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs80,000.00 per month
