What you will do:
· Manage and respond to Jira tickets promptly, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are addressed efficiently.
· Handle task responses with accuracy and attention to detail, meeting client requirements and deadlines.
· Provide real-time assistance to clients through WhatsApp groups, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and support.
· Answer incoming client calls, effectively addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions.
· Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, updates, and resolution of outstanding client issues or tasks.
· Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
· Respond to client emails, offering timely and professional support and information.
Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to support, understanding client-specific setups and requirements.
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Networking, or related field (preferred)
* 1 – 3 years of experience of customer support (BPO preferred)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Good time management and attention to detail
* Familiarity with Jira or similar tools (plus)
* Patient, empathetic, and client-focused attitude
Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday (09:30 AM – 06:30 PM)
(Alternative Saturday)
(Rotational shift: 01:00 PM -10:00 PM as per requirement)
