Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the United States
• Promote vehicle shipping and auto transport services
• Convert leads into confirmed sales and bookings
• Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Follow scripts and quality guidelines to ensure performance

Requirements

• Good spoken English communication skills
• Confident, energetic, and sales-driven mindset
• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a competitive environment
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone)
• Must be available for on-site work in Lahore
