Customer Support Representative+ Media Handling – Night Shift

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative (CSR) who can also assist with media-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage both customer interactions and basic media responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, or email
  • Provide timely and professional customer support
  • Manage and respond to customer concerns effectively
  • Assist in media-related tasks (social media handling, basic content posting, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support preferred
  • Basic understanding of media handling(live sessions on Amazon etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented

Salary Package:

PKR 40,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
