Lending Coordinator/Lending CSR

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Lending Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer forms and converting potential lenders through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and manage customer forms efficiently
• Contact new leads/lenders and convert them into active Lenders
• Maintain professional communication via calls and messages
• Follow up with potential customers regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in online sales & conversions
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Professional tone in chatting and messaging
• Confident in handling calls and sending voice notes
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
