Commercial Coordinator

Total Technologies supplies medical equipment and solutions across hospitals and clinics. We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead tender management and support sales across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and advise Commercial/Accounts (CA) team about bid security requirements.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Managers (BUMs) to confirm final technical specifications for all sectors.
• Ensure timely processing of tender submissions through the Commercial Coordinator.
• Study and check tender documents to ensure compliance with PPRA/KPRA/SPPRA and other procurement rules.
• Draft and issue letters, emails, and formal responses as required by tenders and customer communications.
• Respond to customer letters and queries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare competitive and accurate tenders and quotations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years’ experience in commercial/tender management, preferably within medical equipment, healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of PPRA/KPRA/SPPRA procurement rules and tender procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear commercial correspondence.
• Good coordination skills to work with BUMs, sales, finance, and operations teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with tender management tools or CRM is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Advanced qualification or certification in procurement/tendering is a plus.
